Job Summary
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking facility interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to identify and report unusual activity. Monitor access to the location, verify visitor procedures, and report unauthorized access attempts or suspicious persons in accordance with site-specific policies. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and emergency services when needed. Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift logs while maintaining a professional presence in a financial institution environment. Work part-time hours with a six-month fixed-shift commitment at an assigned site in Tempe, AZ, with the option to claim additional shifts through the Smart Tools platform.
Required Qualifications
- Possess at least 1 year of law enforcement experience, 2 years of security-related supervisor/manager experience, or 3 years of security-related experience.
- Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
- This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
