Job Summary
Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential common areas, entrances, exits, grounds, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions. Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures, documenting relevant observations and incidents. Respond to resident concerns, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner and communicate with appropriate personnel and emergency responders. Prepare accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation while maintaining a professional presence at the location. Complete a six-month fixed-shift commitment at a designated site, with the option to claim additional shifts through the scheduling platform. Earn $17.32 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
