Job Summary
Monitor and patrol assigned retail locations in Los Angeles, maintaining a visible presence to deter security incidents. Conduct routine and random patrols around business perimeters while providing customer service and responding to concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner. Support loss prevention efforts and execute emergency response activities as needed. Shifts run Fridays through Sundays from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM. A guard card or license is preferred, along with loss prevention and customer service experience. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
