Job Summary
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking areas, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and contractor activity while reporting unusual conditions or security-related concerns. Complete required incident reports, daily activity logs, and other documentation accurately and promptly. Earn $18.08 per hour with a fixed six-month commitment to an anchor shift, supplemented by the option to pick up additional shifts through our scheduling platform.
Required Qualifications
- Possess at least three years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience, or a college degree
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred
