Job Summary
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors by executing access control procedures, verifying credentials, and responding to incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner. Monitor access points and conduct regular patrols of assigned entrances, access points, and the facility perimeter while maintaining accurate logs and incident documentation. This fixed-shift commitment requires a six-month base schedule with the option to claim additional shifts through our scheduling platform to increase earnings. Applicants must have at least one year of security-related experience, a high school diploma, and be at least 18 years old.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of security-related experience
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Access control and badge experience is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred
