Job Summary
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors by executing access control procedures, verifying credentials, and responding to incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner. Monitor access points, maintain accurate logs and visitor records, and conduct regular patrols of assigned entrances, access points, and the facility perimeter. This fixed-shift commitment requires a six-month base schedule at an assigned site in Port Jervis, NY, with the option to pick up additional shifts through our scheduling platform. Applicants must possess at least one year of security-related experience, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of security-related experience
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Access control and badge experience is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred
