Job Summary
Monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to deter incidents at a financial institution location. Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations by notifying appropriate personnel or emergency responders as needed. Provide customer service to members, visitors, and employees while carrying out security procedures, site policies, and emergency response activities. Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoffs. Work part-time shifts including Monday through Tuesday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Sunday from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Alarm panel experience is preferred
- Comfortable use of a computer or tablet is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
- CPR certification is preferred
- A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred
