Job Summary
Monitor and patrol assigned healthcare areas, parking lots, entry points, and perimeters to deter incidents and identify concerns. Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations using problem-solving skills and established protocols. Provide courteous customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors while verifying credentials and reporting policy violations. Complete accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and documentation to maintain patient privacy. Work part-time overnight shifts (10:00 PM - 06:00 AM) in Tempe, AZ, supporting access control and site-specific security procedures.
Required Qualifications
- At least 6 months of security-related experience
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation
- Subject to a drug screen
- Valid driver's license (for driving positions only)
Desired Qualifications
- CPR certification
- Guard card or license
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Access control and badge experience
