Job Summary
Conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols of commercial real estate buildings, parking areas, and perimeters to deter incidents and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, reporting unauthorized access, maintenance concerns, and suspicious activity per site procedures. Respond to alarms and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while providing customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff. Complete detailed activity and incident reports, documenting all actions taken in accordance with Allied Universal requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation
- Subject to a drug screen
