Job Summary
Monitor access to the facility, verify visitor credentials, and issue passes while serving as a professional front desk presence in a healthcare setting. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations by notifying appropriate personnel and following established procedures. Observe and report suspicious activity, policy violations, and security concerns to site contacts or leadership. Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific policies and emergency response activities. Commit to a six-month anchor shift with flexibility to claim additional shifts through the Smart Tools platform.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Alarm panel experience is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Access control and badge experience is preferred
- A guard card or license is preferred
