Job Summary
Provide customer service to clients, guests, and retail team members while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; communicate observations to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the luxury retail location, including sales areas, entrances, stockroom access points, employee areas, and the surrounding perimeter. Monitor customer and visitor activity, identify unusual behavior or conditions, and help to deter unauthorized access, theft, and other security-related concerns through visible presence and timely reporting. Assist with access control, opening and closing procedures, and documentation of incidents, patrols, and other security-related activities in accordance with site requirements.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of security-related experience
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- Loss prevention experience is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
