Job Summary
Provide customer service to clients, guests, and retail team members while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations professionally, communicating observations to site contacts or emergency responders. Conduct regular unarmed patrols throughout the luxury retail location, including sales areas, entrances, stockroom access points, and the perimeter. Monitor customer and visitor activity to identify unusual behavior, deter unauthorized access and theft, and assist with access control and documentation of security activities. Work part-time day shifts from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM in Scottsdale, AZ, with a minimum of one year security experience and a high school diploma required.
Required Qualifications
- Have at least one year of security-related experience
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Loss prevention experience is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
