Job Summary
Greet and screen visitors, contractors, and employees by verifying identification, issuing credentials, and directing guests in accordance with access-control procedures at an industrial operations location. Monitor incoming calls, visitor activity, alarms, and communications from the front desk; document and report unusual activity, incidents, and policy violations while maintaining accurate visitor logs and access records. Respond to incidents, emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and contacting appropriate personnel or emergency services as needed. Provide a welcoming, professional presence while supporting site personnel and guests.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a TSA Issued TWIC Card
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred
- Access control and badge experience is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
