Job Summary
Maintain a safe and secure environment for residents, visitors, and staff by conducting scheduled indoor and outdoor security rounds. Respond to fire alarms and emergency calls while monitoring employee and contractor presence. Perform light maintenance tasks and maintain security equipment and supplies as needed. Complete other duties as assigned. This part-time role requires every other weekend availability and five days of paid training, with shifts running from 7AM to 7:30AM. Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
- One year of security experience
- Must be available for five days of paid training
- Every other weekend availability
- Background screening completion
- Drug screening completion
- TB blood test completion
- Physical exam completion
