Job Summary
Monitor access points, verify visitor credentials, and manage entry/exit procedures while providing customer service to clients and employees. Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas and the business perimeter to identify unauthorized access or unusual activity. Respond to access-related incidents and critical situations by escalating concerns according to site procedures. Maintain accurate access-related records and communicate professionally with site personnel regarding security concerns and policy violations. This part-time role in Colonial Heights, VA, offers flexible scheduling with a pay rate of $18.00/hour. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma, and undergo a background investigation and drug screen.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
