Job Summary
Monitor and patrol assigned port-area locations, including buildings, parking areas, gates, and waterfront-adjacent sites, to identify unusual activity. Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and contractors while verifying authorization for individuals, vehicles, and deliveries at access points. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations by notifying appropriate personnel and documenting actions taken. Prepare accurate activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation for site leadership. Work part-time shifts on Saturdays from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Maintain a valid TSA-issued TWIC and high school diploma.
Required Qualifications
- TSA-issued TWIC
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation
- Subject to a drug screen
- Valid driver's license (for driving positions only)
