Job Summary
Conduct routine patrols of food and beverage production, warehouse, office, parking, and perimeter areas to deter security incidents and report unusual activity. Respond to alarms and critical situations by following site protocols, while providing customer service to employees and visitors. Monitor access points to verify visitor and contractor authorization, maintain accurate logs, and observe operations to identify hazards or maintenance concerns. Report security-related incidents and communicate relevant information to site contacts. Perform duties part-time with a flexible schedule from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, at a location in Jefferson, WI.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
Desired Qualifications
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- A guard card or license is preferred.
