Job Summary
Monitor and patrol assigned hospital areas, including buildings, entrances, parking, and perimeters, to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns. Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and disturbances while providing customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors. Escort visitors, assist with directions, and report unusual conditions to appropriate personnel. Complete incident reports and patrol logs accurately per site-specific procedures. This part-time role in Westwood, NJ, offers flexible scheduling with a base pay of $20.00/hour. Applicants must have one year of security experience and six months to one year in healthcare, plus updated flu and COVID vaccinations.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of security-related experience
- At least 6months-1 year of service in a healthcare or medical-related field
- Must have updated vaccinations for covid vaccine and flu shot
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Applicants will be subject to a background investigation
- Applicants will be subject to a drug screen
- Possession of a valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- Possession of a Guard Card or license
- Alarm panel experience
- CPR certification
