Job Summary
Conduct routine unarmed patrols of hospital buildings, patient care areas, parking lots, and property perimeters to deter incidents and identify unusual activity. Respond to security-related needs, medical emergencies, and critical situations while maintaining a visible presence for patients, visitors, and staff. Provide customer service, manage visitor access, and document all incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately. Work part-time day shifts from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM in Cleveland, OH, adhering to hospital vaccination requirements and site-specific policies.
Required Qualifications
- Must meet hospital vaccination requirements
- Must be able to work in and around a hospital morgue
- Must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED
- Must be able to restrain individuals when necessary
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
