Job Summary
Monitor and patrol assigned healthcare areas, including hospital buildings, parking lots, and perimeters, to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible presence. Respond to incidents, alarms, and visitor concerns while providing customer service to patients, staff, and contractors. Conduct random patrols, manage access points, and document observations using technology to complete accurate reports for leadership. Work part-time shifts from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Tuesday.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred
