Job Summary
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and vendors by executing access control procedures, verifying identification, and documenting arrivals and departures. Monitor entry and exit points, conduct regular patrols of residential buildings and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized access, and respond to incidents or resident concerns by escalating issues as needed. Support gatehouse operations by communicating with residents regarding guest access and reporting maintenance or property concerns. Maintain accurate logs in accordance with community protocols while adhering to a six-month fixed-shift commitment at an assigned site in Manchester, NJ.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Access control and badge experience is preferred
