Job Summary
Greet and screen visitors, verify appointments, and issue credentials at a financial institution reception area while maintaining accurate records. Monitor entry activity and lobby zones for unusual behavior to deter unauthorized access, then respond to alarms and critical situations by escalating concerns per site procedures. Provide exceptional customer service by answering phones, directing guests, and completing required documentation. Work part-time Friday through Sunday shifts at $17.00 per hour in Trenton, NJ.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Valid driver's license (for driving positions only)
