Job Summary
Greet and direct visitors, verify credentials, and maintain visitor logs at the front desk of a financial institution. Monitor access control and alarm panels, respond to incidents and critical situations, and route calls and deliveries while ensuring an orderly reception area. Apply site-specific security procedures to deter unauthorized access and support emergency response activities as needed. Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
