Job Summary
Monitor and patrol assigned areas in financial institutions, maintaining a visible presence to deter security incidents while supporting employees, visitors, and customers. Respond to incidents and critical situations professionally, following established escalation procedures, and conduct regular unarmed patrols of offices, common areas, entry points, and perimeters. Verify visitor credentials, maintain orderly access to restricted zones, and document observations through accurate reports for site leadership. Provide exceptional customer service and communicate clearly in alignment with site policies.
Required Qualifications
- Have at least one year of security-related experience
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred
- A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred
