Job Summary
Conduct routine unarmed patrols throughout the financial institution facility, including exterior areas, parking lots, and access points to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor entry points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and respond to alarms or critical situations using established escalation procedures. Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors while maintaining accurate documentation of incidents and patrol activities. Work part-time evening shifts from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM on Thursdays and Sundays at a location in Moosic, PA.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
Desired Qualifications
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Access control and badge experience is preferred
- CPR certification is preferred
- CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred
