Job Summary
Monitor and patrol assigned areas at a financial institution location, including interior spaces, exterior grounds, entrances, and perimeter zones. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations by following established escalation and reporting procedures while maintaining a visible presence to deter unauthorized activity. Verify visitor credentials, document observations and unusual conditions, and communicate professionally with employees, management, and emergency responders. Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities as needed. Work part-time shifts from Friday at 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM and Saturday at 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Valid driver's license (for driving positions only)
