Security Officer Part Time Emergency Communications

Coordinate communications from alarms, access control systems, cameras, telephones, and radios while monitoring activity and documenting incidents. Receive, prioritize, and dispatch calls for service, incidents, maintenance concerns, and critical situations, then relay information to appropriate personnel. Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and dispatch records, escalating information according to site-specific procedures. Support regular and random patrol operations by tracking officer assignments and coordinating response resources. Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out security procedures and emergency response activities at a technology, media, and telecommunications location. Work part-time shifts from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays.
