Job Summary
Conduct routine unarmed patrols of transit centers, platforms, parking areas, and perimeter zones to deter security incidents and identify unusual activity. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and medical situations by notifying transit personnel and emergency responders as needed. Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and staff while monitoring entrances, exits, and public areas to maintain orderly access. Prepare clear, accurate reports regarding patrol activities and security concerns. Work part-time day shifts from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays. A valid driver's license and age of 21+ are required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21+ years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation
- Subject to a drug screen
