Job Summary
Conduct routine unarmed patrols of transit centers, platforms, parking areas, administrative spaces, and perimeter areas to deter security incidents and identify unusual activity. Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, employees, and contractors by managing access control and directing visitors while monitoring entrances and exits. Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical situations, and critical events in a calm manner, notifying transit personnel and emergency responders as needed. Prepare clear, accurate reports regarding patrol activities and security concerns. Work day shifts from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays. Maintain a valid driver's license per company policy.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21+ years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- Must be subject to a background investigation
- Must be subject to a drug screen
Desired Qualifications
- Customer service experience is preferred
