Security Officer Part - Time Driver

Conduct routine unarmed patrols of interior common areas, exterior walkways, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns. Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, shoppers, and employees while monitoring access points and observing visitor, tenant, and vendor activity in accordance with site procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, medical situations, and other critical events following established emergency protocols, and prepare clear activity reports and incident documentation for leadership. Deliver exceptional customer service with integrity and teamwork to support a welcoming environment for guests, tenants, and staff.
