Job Summary
Conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols of hospital buildings, patient care areas, parking zones, and perimeters while maintaining a visible presence to deter incidents. Respond to security concerns, medical emergencies, and critical situations following established site protocols, and assist with access control, visitor management, and directions. Provide customer service to patients, staff, and contractors by carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities. Prepare clear reports of observations and communicate relevant information to appropriate personnel. Work part-time shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM on Fridays and Saturdays in Kailua, HI. Hold a valid driver's license and bring integrity and a people-first mindset to support a welcoming healthcare environment.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- Subject to a background investigation
- Subject to a drug screen
