Job Summary
Conduct routine patrols of interior common areas, exterior walkways, parking zones, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity and monitor access points. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical events while providing customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff. Prepare accurate activity reports and incident documentation for site management. This driving position in Liberty Township, OH, requires a valid driver's license and involves a part-time schedule from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Fridays and 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation
- Subject to a drug screen
