Job Summary
Monitor entry points and receiving areas to verify authorized entry, direct visitors, and maintain logs while carrying out access control procedures and site-specific policies. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel. Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas around the retail location and perimeter. Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store team members. Work part-time day shifts in Columbus, OH, earning $18.50/hour. A valid driver's license is required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Subject to a background investigation
