Job Summary
Coordinate communications, monitor activity, and dispatch personnel for routine, urgent, and emergency situations at a technology, media, and telecommunications location. Provide customer service by carrying out security procedures, documenting incidents, and maintaining accurate logs and dispatch records. Respond to critical situations calmly, communicating relevant information to site personnel, management, and emergency responders. Conduct regular and random patrol activity around the business and perimeter to report observed concerns. Work part-time shifts on Saturdays (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM) and Sundays (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) at a rate of $19.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
