Security Officer - Part Time Digital Patrol

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and vendors by carrying out security procedures and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location. Respond to incidents, access concerns, alarms, and critical situations following established site procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior areas, parking facilities, and perimeter locations to identify and report unusual conditions. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and maintain accurate logs and incident reports. Communicate observed maintenance, access control, and security-related concerns to site management and leadership. This role includes a six-month fixed-shift commitment with an option to claim additional shifts through our scheduling platform. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, possess a high school diploma, and pass a background investigation and drug screen.
