Job Summary
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and guests at a technology and media campus by carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and access concerns following established protocols, while conducting regular foot and vehicle patrols of buildings, offices, parking locations, and perimeter areas to identify unusual activity. Monitor entry and exit points, support visitor management, and prepare accurate activity, incident, and patrol reports. Work part-time shifts on Thursdays and Fridays from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. A high school diploma, valid driver's license, and computer proficiency are required.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Access control/badge experience is preferred
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
