Security Officer - Part Time

Conduct vehicle and foot patrols throughout a gated residential community, monitor resident and visitor traffic, and verify guest access. Respond to resident complaints, disturbances, and suspicious activity while maintaining a visible security presence. Perform perimeter checks of community amenities, parking areas, and common spaces. Complete detailed Daily Activity Reports and Incident Reports, contacting law enforcement, fire, or EMS personnel when emergency situations arise. Provide exceptional customer service while assisting visitors with directions. Requires an active Level II Security License, clean driving record, and ability to work overnight shifts.
