Job Summary
Conduct routine unarmed patrols of healthcare facilities, entrances, parking areas, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity. Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and disturbances while maintaining a visible presence to assist with de-escalation and restraint situations as needed. Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors by monitoring access points, directing visitors, and ensuring compliance with site protocols. Document observations and incidents accurately, communicating relevant information to leadership and site personnel. Maintain a professional demeanor throughout all interactions.
Required Qualifications
- Meet hospital vaccination requirements
- Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED
- Be able to restrain individuals in a hospital setting
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Possess a valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications

- CPR certification
