Job Summary
Conduct routine patrols of residential common areas, parking lots, and building exteriors to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible security presence. Monitor visitor and vendor access, report suspicious behavior per site procedures, and respond to resident concerns or critical incidents with a professional, problem-solving approach. Provide customer service to residents, guests, and vendors while documenting all daily activities, incidents, and observations in required reports. Shifts run Fridays from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM and Saturdays from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. This part-time role offers flexibility to build a schedule that works for you and access to our Claim a Shift platform to earn more.
Required Qualifications
- At least two years of security-related experience
- Be at least 21 years of age
- A valid driver's license
- A guard card
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation
- Subject to a drug screen
