Job Summary
Conduct routine armed patrols of facilities, restricted areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations by following established reporting and escalation procedures while providing professional customer service. Monitor access control points to verify authorization for personnel, visitors, and vehicles entering restricted areas. Document observations, patrol activities, and irregular conditions in required reports and communicate relevant information to leadership and site representatives. Work part-time day shifts from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM in De Leon Springs, FL, supporting high-profile aerospace and defense clients.
Required Qualifications
- Possess an armed guard card or license
- Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
