Security Officer - Part Time Armed

Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and the public while carrying out security procedures and emergency response activities at a government location. Respond to incidents and alarms following established reporting protocols, then conduct regular armed patrols of assigned buildings, grounds, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points to verify credentials and maintain awareness of personnel and vehicles entering or leaving the site. Prepare clear incident reports and communicate observations of suspicious activity or policy violations to appropriate personnel. This role requires a six-month fixed-shift commitment with an option to pick up additional shifts through the scheduling platform. Applicants must possess an armed guard license, at least one year of security experience, and a valid driver's license.
