Job Summary
Conduct regular patrols of logistics and distribution locations, monitor access points, and verify credentials while documenting visitor and delivery activity. Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, escalating concerns per site-specific procedures, and report unusual activity or potential hazards to appropriate personnel. Provide customer service by executing security-related procedures and emergency response activities as needed. Perform this role on a fixed six-month anchor shift in Joliet, IL, with the option to pick up additional shifts through our scheduling platform to increase earnings.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
- This role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you
- This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment
