Job Summary
Screen individuals, packages, and shipments entering or leaving the location while monitoring access points and verifying credentials. Conduct regular patrols around the site perimeter to observe for unusual conditions and respond to incidents or suspicious activity in a calm, problem-solving manner. Provide customer service by executing screening procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities appropriate to the logistics and distribution environment. Work part-time afternoon shifts from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM in Indianapolis, IN. X-ray screening and loss prevention experience are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred
- X-Ray screening experience is preferred
- Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred
- Loss prevention experience is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
