Job Summary
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by executing security procedures, site policies, and access control requirements. Monitor access points, verify credentials, manage visitor entry, and maintain accurate records for a controlled aerospace and defense location. Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations while conducting regular patrols of controlled areas and perimeter locations to identify unusual activity. Communicate professionally with site personnel and leadership while following reporting procedures. Work part-time shifts from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM Tuesday through Thursday.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
