Job Summary
Monitor entry points, verify credentials, and manage visitor access while conducting routine patrols of the business, perimeter, and loading areas. Control facility access by documenting visitor, contractor, and delivery personnel information and responding to incidents with a calm, problem-solving approach. Provide customer service by carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as needed. Work part-time shifts from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays. This role supports Allied Universal's logistics and distribution clients across North America.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
