Job Summary
Monitor entry points, verify credentials, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery personnel information at a logistics and distribution location. Conduct regular patrols of the business perimeter, access points, and loading areas to detect unusual activity. Provide customer service while carrying out site-specific security procedures and responding to incidents or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Complete required reports and notify appropriate personnel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Valid driver's license (for driving positions only)
