Job Summary
Manage badge access, monitor entry points, and respond to alarm panel activity at a food and beverage production location. Verify identification, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate access logs while screening incoming vehicles and personnel to deter unauthorized access. Conduct regular patrols of entry points, parking areas, and perimeter locations, and handle access-related incidents by notifying appropriate site contacts. Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel using computer or tablet systems.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Access control and badge experience is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Alarm panel experience is preferred
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred
