Job Summary
Manage visitor and employee access by verifying credentials, monitoring entry points, and documenting activity on computer or tablet systems. Respond to access-control alarms and incidents while conducting regular patrols of assigned facilities and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized entry. Report unusual activity, policy violations, and equipment issues through established communication channels. Provide professional customer service to employees, contractors, and vendors while adhering to site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred
- Access control and badge experience is preferred
- Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred
