Job Summary
Greet and screen visitors, verify identification and appointments, issue credentials, and maintain accurate access records at a healthcare location. Monitor access points, manage incoming calls and deliveries, and direct individuals to appropriate departments. Respond to incidents, alarms, medical requests, and critical situations by following established emergency procedures. Report unusual activity and security concerns to site leadership. Provide exceptional customer service while ensuring site safety. Work part-time shifts from 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
Required Qualifications
- Have at least 1 year of security-related experience
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Possess a valid driver's license (for driving positions only)
