Job Summary
Monitor and patrol assigned areas in manufacturing and industrial locations, maintaining a visible presence to deter security incidents. Respond to alarms, critical situations, and inquiries while verifying visitor and contractor authorization at access points. Conduct regular patrols of buildings, parking areas, and perimeters to identify unusual conditions, then report findings to site contacts. Maintain accurate documentation of visitors, vehicles, and incidents using computer or tablet systems as needed. Provide professional customer service to employees, contractors, and drivers while adhering to site-specific procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Access control or badge experience is preferred
